Re: Armando Broja: SIGN HIM UP!!!
If declan runs to chelsea then gallagher and Broja can be part of the deal

Re: Armando Broja: SIGN HIM UP!!!
I don´t want to see Declan at another London club

Move him abroad to an elite club if he has to go

Re: Armando Broja: SIGN HIM UP!!!
There was talk of 25m in the transfer window reckon that’s gone up a bit… problem if Chelsea want a buy back clause though

Barty 11:19 Sat Feb 12
Re: Armando Broja: SIGN HIM UP!!!
That buy back clause should be outlawed

I wouldn´t do any deal involving that one

But I would snap their arms off with that 25 million

Re: Armando Broja: SIGN HIM UP!!!
Watched large parts of saints last 2 matches against spurs and Man Utd away, Broja looks quality, would put him straight in our first 11.

If Deccers does leave this summer then Broja, Gallagher and cash from Chelsea to buy Phillips would be quality. Would anyone turn down Broja, Gallagher and Phillips for Rice?

Re: Armando Broja: SIGN HIM UP!!!
I’d straight swap Broja for Rice.

Soucek and Coventry can do Rice’s job.

Re: Armando Broja: SIGN HIM UP!!!
You'd straight swap a £100m player for a player whose played half a season in the Premier league and is valued at around £25m??

Glad you ain't in charge of transfers

FOMB 12:19 Sun Feb 13
Re: Armando Broja: SIGN HIM UP!!!
Rice in exchange for Broja and Gallagher plus £40m and it starts to look like a good deal

Re: Armando Broja: SIGN HIM UP!!!
Dr Matt is either on a wind-up or is a genuine idiot.

Doesn't make much difference

Dr Matt is becoming one of my favourite posters. His wind up game is next level.

Re: Armando Broja: SIGN HIM UP!!!
I think Dr Matt forgets you can only have 11 players.

I’m pretty sure that teams will notice us playing Soucek and Coventry instead of Rice.

Re: Armando Broja: SIGN HIM UP!!!
First of all I don't know where you have been for 2 years, but we don't sign strikers. Two, can you imbeciles please stop harping on about swap deals, THEY DON'T HAPPEN ANYMORE.

Re: Armando Broja: SIGN HIM UP!!!
This arrogance that every top club/side in the world wants Rice is totally unfounded, really don't think that will be the case.

Steady 10:22 Sun Feb 13
Re: Armando Broja: SIGN HIM UP!!!
So Manuel, as swap deals don’t happen and all the top clubs don’t want rice. Who do you think he’ll end up going to and for how much?

Personally I still think it’ll be Chelsea and cash plus 1 or 2 of their fringe players like Broja

Some encouraging news on Conor Coventry’s loan spell.

Re: Armando Broja: SIGN HIM UP!!!
If we could get Broja, Gallagher and Gilmour plus cash for Rice, that would go some way to softening the blow of losing him.

Manuel 12:23 Sun Feb 13
Re: Armando Broja: SIGN HIM UP!!!
Steads - Nope, all the top clubs won't want him, Liverpool for one. Madrid or Barca won't be paying silly money for a CM. I fancy he will end up at Man City, but I'm guessing like everyone else is. As for how much, as there ever been say 100 mil paid for a player who isn't a forward or an attacking player, i.e Grealish? He might got for around 85-90 mil, but again just guessing, too many variables in play.

Re: Armando Broja: SIGN HIM UP!!!
I cant see Liverpool or Man City getting involved or the foreign clubs ... Barca still have a billion quid of debt dont they?

Chelsea will be interested and that's obviously Rice's choice you'd expect.
The club that needs him and is renowned for paying stupid money (McGuire , Wan Bisakka, Pogba , Sancho etc) is the fading yesterdays men who are dropping further & further behind their Manchester rivals.

If he must go to one of those then a deal including Broja, Gallagher & a SUBSTANTIAL amount of cash is a better option.
If clubs dont want to pay what he is worth he stays.
Effectively still has 3 more seasons with the option.

Dr Matt 1:04 Sun Feb 13
Re: Armando Broja: SIGN HIM UP!!!
Broja + Gallagher + Sarr + Gilmour = Rice + Bowen

Sven Roeder 1:26 Sun Feb 13
Re: Armando Broja: SIGN HIM UP!!!
Gallagher + Broja + £100m = Rice
Raphinha + Phillips + Meslier = £100m
Gallagher + Broja + Raphinha + Phillips + Meslier = Rice
